I had some massive growth over the past few years.  Major shifts in every area of my life, as a mother, as a lover, as a physician, as a friend.  Changes I did not necessarily want but they cracked me open and expanded my life regardless.

I'm sure I'm not alone, our entire planet and every single person on it continues to grow day and night, constantly evolving into something fresh and new every minute of every day.

It's so true, the only constant is change, but that's a good thing. It's a good thing in the natural world, where seeds and blossoms and new growth each spring make the world anew over and over and over again, and it's a good thing for us human beings too.

We have no choice but to expand and learn and grow and uplevel.  Life moves forward every minute of every day. You grow, even if by default. All you have to do is drop resistance to it.
