Want to be absolutely sure you are grounded all night long?
Here is the best way to do it: have your face and neck resting on a grounded pillow, made from all natural materials.
Especially important for folks who like to wear who like to wear warm clothing at night -- pajamas or socks will block grounding from laying on a grounding tool placed under the body, legs or feet.
