Most of us have to wear shoes throughout the day to work, at the gym, while driving, etc... so it's really important to find a faster way to offer your toes their alignment back besides just sleeping without shoes on and putting them right back on again the next day.
I highly recommend slipping toe alignment socks on after a long day in shoes... the soft spacers gently guide your toes to expand and stretch and separate.
Even better, as a wonderful health routine, get into a daily habit of slipping these socks on after removing your shoes each day and spend 10 minutes outside, grounding through your toes while you allow your feet to release and realign.
