To use: Spray directly on skin and clothing. Use hands to apply to face, avoiding eyes and mouth. Apply as needed or every 5-7 hours.
For Dogs and Horses: Lightly mist, then massage into coat. Cover legs, underbelly, around ears and tail. Use hands to apply to face, avoiding eyes and mouth. Apply as needed, or every 5 - 7 days. Avoid use on cats.
I use this so much, my daughter calls this "the smell of my childhood" and I love that! Don't stop going outside for fear of ticks and other pests... just protect yourself instead and keep grounding through every season.
