Deep breathing, meditation and mantra have all been medically proven to decrease pain, anxiety, depression, stress and even migraine frequency! This is because all it takes is three deep breaths to boost your vagal tone and support your cardiac and brain function, even lower your blood pressure.
I provide these healing chimes as a way to encourage taking deep breaths throughout the day in my Trauma Resiliency and Recovery Class. But you don't have to take that class to benefit from the pain reduction and stress reduction of deep breathing.
This chime is tuned to be resonant with the healing earth's energy and is suspended above a wooded base for a clear resonating tone, and a rich, long lasting sound.
