If you prefer to place sheets over your grounding tool, you definitely want to make absolutely certain you are grounded right through your sheets so they do not disconnect you from making healing contact with your grounded bed surface.
I could not find any sheets on the market that I could reliably say 100% allow grounding through -- the majority of all bedding that I have tested (even sheets made with completely natural fibers) can cut you off from grounding. On top of that, even natural fiber bedding can bring harsh chemicals, dyes, and flame retardants right where you don't want them -- during your healing hours spent sleeping grounded. So I am having these made out of organic and Öko-Tex 100 Class 1 certified fabrics with a conductive insert across the top of the bed, so you never lose a wink of sleep over wondering if you are grounded with these organic cotton sheets sets. You can see the conductive surface area of the fitted sheet in the product pictures -- the unbleached organic cotton sheets are a natural off-white color, the white insert is the fully conductive surface that is made from Öko-Tex 100 Class 1 cotton fabric woven with silver coated copper threads.
Works perfectly with both my grounding bed topper and my grounding bed roll -- allows you to be fully grounded right through a fitted sheet while having the comfort of organic sheets touching your skin and the ease of washing sheets while also protecting the grounding tool underneath, extending it's lifespan as well!
